Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Scan Bench. If it does not work for you, you can have your money back.

14 day money back

If Scan Bench does not work for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we will refund the full £49. You do not need to give a reason, though we would like to hear what went wrong so we can fix it. Once refunded, your licence key stops working.

After 14 days

After 14 days we can still refund you if the app is faulty or not as described and we cannot fix it, in line with your legal rights.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, back to the card or account you paid with. They usually show within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

How to ask

Email info@clearpath360.co.uk from the address you bought with, with your order number if you have it (it is on your receipt).

This policy is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, not instead of them.
